The southern ridges trek... you can start from the Henderson waves... alright.. it is one of the things you can do when u've tight budgets :P and want to do some exercise for free..

First stop, we took short cut, skipped the mount faber trek, and go straight to this.. nice.. is very very near my work place but after working 6 mths i finally get my ass up here.

Windy up here.. but i heard is even better when its at night... :P for par tor people..

Beside having the same name .. (Edward scissorshand, Edward Cullen).. they both share several similarities.. their face so fair like snow... so mysterious.. so... romantic.

Totally in love with the twilight saga.. and can you believe it, i felt sad when Edward parted with Bella. Love is.... such an irrational thing.

Merry christmas everyone! Is a great week to relax.. is a relaxing week for me.. not many people in office as well.. I'm busy preparing for my chalet tomorrow.

Watched twilight this holiday season, and i thought Edward is totally cute in the show but another colleague of mine thought Dr Cullen was cute... lol.. very nice taste as well... . It was twilight saga craze in office as my colleagues were reading the books and discussing.. feel so "out" if i didnt join them in the twilight discussion.... but they're fast.. book 3 already! i'm still @ book 1.. Can't WAIT for New Moon.. grrr...

My first DnD with my company......... and i won the 13th lucky draw prize!! a $800 travel voucher!! :> Hee... When i went to the stage to collect it.. i didnt even know what did i win... I just know that i was tired and my eyes were sore and i'd runny nose. I was complaining to my colleague that i wanted to go home, don't really want to stay for the top 15 lucky draw... and when i was nagging to her....... i was called up to stage to recv the prize from our new CEO!! :>

It was an entertaining night @ raffles ballroom, the performance was nice the mcee was funny.

thank god is FRIDAY!!!!!! However my energy gets lower and lower through the week. My energy level will be super high on monday ( cause i've rested enough) and than it starts to get lower and lower.. and i'm almost drained when it comes to friday.
Hope i can maintain my energy level throughout the week and be happy!!

I've been down with flu, cough.. And you know what, i've been really fickle lately.. especially when dealing with money issues. Should i go overseas in DEC or save a more bit more for my post-poned grad trip. Oh wellls... it all boils down to me not wanting to spend my hard earned savings..

Had plenty of rest at home, and i'm quite bascially doing nothing and i'm feeling guilty...

My colleague recommended me to visit this Marutama Ra-men at the Central. Ordered the chicken soup based ramen with an additional order of seasoned egg (quite a clever selling technique). I was pretty excited as my colleague told me it was the best she ever eaten here in SG.. So, with "high expectation". I was pretty disappointed upon the presentation of the ramen as you can see below.. But it is not as important as the taste i would say. The ambience of the restaurant kinda make up for the presentation.

The noodle in the thick broth was really tangy. :> The seasoned egg was REALLY REALLY nice... it looks like hard boiled egg on the outside and you don't really expect the yolk inside to be in bright orange colour with jelly-like texture. The seasoned egg tasted really unique and for that moment i would want to get hold of the recipe. :>. The simplicity of the ra-men is to bring out the flavour of such common food like eggs. Tried the gyoza, the skin was really thin and smooth and the fillings was fresh! yumms.. it came with lots of vinegar and I LOVE vinegar.. and i don't have to like dip my gyoza in those small dishes. SIMPLY love it.

Priced at 12 bucks..seasoned egg at 1 buck.. gyoza at 5 bucks, i feel that the ra-men was definitely more pricey compared to the others, but the ambience was relaxing and the chefs are Jap..and they all speak Jap kinda feel myself in Jap.. lol :>

October was 2 of my colleagues birthday month.. so my mentor and his gf organized a Karoke dinner buffet outing for all of us! We brought along our partner and it was a really a fun experience. My first bonding session with my colleagues + their gf/ bf/fiancee..

Caught two musical during the weekends.. High school musical 3... jack and i was surrounded by families... and i was joking with jack that their parents brought their kids to teach them how to 传宗接代. 'Cause some parent brought their toddler or sth and there are quite a bit of "kissing" scenes. LOL. Think their parents should be ready to answer some of their kids questions after the show.
HSM 3 wasn't that bad.. the songs are nice and some of the scenes are simply some memories hooker.. :> Gabriella was wearing really GORGEOUS dresses throughout the show. *so JEALOUS*
Feel like learning ballroom dance after the show. Nice.

Gabriella in the rain.... this is the dress i love most!!!! Sensational! :P

Mamamia was the second one i watched... was quite alright...as i'm not really a fan of ABBA. It was quite entertaining because i find it funny that many many people will dance along with the lead as and when the lead started to dance. After 45 mins or so..i'm pretty bored..

Life is much of a challenge when u're having a full time job, private tutoring kids and starting up your own business. Wells... i'm sure im enjoying every bits of life right now.

Mini checklist

SO, is already october..2 more months to new year!
So heres a mini checklist of what i've done:
1. graduated from NUS
2. got my driving licence before 21!
3. already started to build my career
4. gave a presentation without aiding cards! lol..
5. acquired basic??intermediate?? financial education
6. found jack!

Now a list of resolutions i'm going to build on for the next year even before the 08 gonna come to an end.
1. host jack and my own domain name!
2. cut 5 kg off my body
3. create multiple streams of passive income
4. build up my little contact bank
5. delegate more times with family and friends
6. Japan trip with jack
7. learn scuba diving!
8. private transportation so jack don't have to travel sooo long to see me and for me to meet him.
9. keep in the touch with IT industry standard tech!
10. stay healthy and take good care of my eyes!

3 months and counting... and i hope i can do even better in work, be it CCR, technical skills, PR, domain knowledge etc. On and off i get the feeling that i'm off the hook. However after talking about it with friends/ jack i get a tad bit better and start to get the motivation to work in the current environment.

The sense of self-worth is really important to me. It gets me going. :>

I want to do more shopping!! You know me, when i was a student i was really broke to buy new clothes. Then when i started working, with cash popping out in the bank account, i tend to splurge on things which i always wanted to buy when i was in the Uni. Then.. i started online shopping, checking out new collections every now and then. Buy things to coax my loved ones is kinda destressing activity for me, then i realised i begin to take extraaa good care of your body and face.
